Ok, I completely reworked this from the last version., Thanks for the kind comments on the previous upload, but it had elements that were driving me nuts. Like the whole image.
Anyway, here's the final. V3, D3, Mil kids, low res fill people and 81.2 hectares of Photoshop. Comments
  Still as awesome as before. I can see where you reworked a few things, and I think the changes just added to the whole effect of the picture. All over, a great job!
